  1. I am having trouble getting the Virtual Assistant on your Lennox Catalog home page to load. Can you help?

    This is a common complaint from visitors that are using a dial-up connection. The most common reason that dial-up users have trouble with the Virtual Assistant, is that they are not waiting for the flash file to load. We understand that most visitors do not want to wait. On some dial-up connections, it can take 5 minutes for the flash file to load. Our advice, is to wait for the Virtual Assistant to load. The Virtual Assistant will provide you with the most information about how to use our site.

  2. Can I determine shipping costs without making a purchase or providing my personal information?

    Yes! It is easy to do. First, put the products you want to purchase in your shopping cart. Then click the "View Cart" button in the upper right corner of the web site pages. Once you are on the Cart page, you should see the items that you have added to your cart. If you don't see any items, you have not added any products to your shopping cart. With items in your shopping cart, a shipping calculator will be displayed right below your products. Simply provide your shipping location and zip, and then click the "Get Rates" button on the lower left side of the cart page. Shipping options for all items in the cart will be displayed. It's that easy!

  3. Can you help me determine which part I need?

    If you know what part you need (example: fan relay), but you just don't know what part number to order, we can help you. First, locate your model number and then use our locator form to have one of our parts specialists look up the correct replacement part for you. Click here to use our online form to contact our parts counter.

    Just remember, we can help you find the correct part number if you know what part you need, but we do not offer diagnostic help. If you need diagnostic help, we do offer a self help forum where you can get help from other users in the forum. There is even some professional HVAC techs that frequently help users in our forum. You can use our Lennox owners and servicers forum as much as you like. There is not charge for using the forum. Our forum is located here.

  4. Why is there not a UPS tracking number for my order?

    Not all orders are shipped from our warehouse. If your order is drop shipped from the vendor, you will not automatically receive a tracking number for the shipment. The is because the warehouse that ships the part is not able to automatically send us the tracking number. Most of our customers get their ground shipment in 2 or 3 days, but you should allow at least 5 business days to receive a ground shipment. If you do not receive your ground shipment after 5 or 6 days business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays), contact us and we will track the shipment.

  5. Why can't I return an electrical part?

    We do not allow returns of electrical parts. This is a very common practice among companies that sell sensitive electronic components. Since a perfectly good electrical part can be damaged by improper wiring, we do not allow you to return electrical parts.

    We are aware that a few suppliers do allow electrical returns. You might want to ask yourself if you want to buy electrical parts from a company that allows these types of returns. It is doubtful that they just throw away expensive electrical parts that are returned... they probably just sell them again.

    We only sell brand new unused electrical parts. Isn't that the kind of electrical parts you want to buy? Think about it!

  7. Can you charge to my UPS or Fed Ex account?

    No. Since we occasionally ship from vendor warehouses, this is not possible. Some of our vendors are not set up to handle shipments this way.

  8. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

    Yes, we encrypt our checkout with the industry standard 128 bit SSL. All of your personal information is transmitted to our order processing center using the same 128 bit encryption. Credit card numbers are only retained long enough to process your order. We have a regular schedule for deleting credit card numbers from our system.

  9. What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or you can pay using PayPal. You can also pay by check or money order by calling our toll free number during our normal business hours. We will take your order, assign your invoice number and give you the total price with shipping. You can mail your check or money order to us. Your order will not ship until 10 days after we receive your check to allow time for your check to clear. We will only ship to a United States address. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. We will not accept money orders from non-US banks.

    No. At this time, all purchases must be paid by credit card or check. Checks are allowed to clear before products are shipped. We only accept checks and money orders from known US financial institutions.

  12. I don't like using my credit card over the Internet. What other options do I have?

    We accept PayPal payments. PayPal is a service that allows you to make purchases on the Internet without ever divulging your credit card information to the merchant. While you do have to share your credit card information with PayPal, they are the only entity that will have your credit card information. Your credit card number is never given to a merchant that accepts PayPal payments. Many of our customers use PayPal to make purchases on our site. PayPal offers peace of mind because you have the comfort in knowing your credit card information is not being shared with every merchant you do business with. We can also accept payments using PayPal for phone orders

  13. My local dealer charges more for the same parts. Why?

    Pricing will vary from dealer to dealer. You should expect to pay more from a servicing dealer because a dealer that sends a technician to your home usually has more overhead. Also, parts installed by a dealer usually have some kind of labor guarantee as well. Depending on your skill and situation, it may be to your advantage to pay more for the same part from a dealer than can offer these kinds of additional services.
